Trenton Speedway better know as the Indianapolis of the East. Multiple 500 Indy Winners raced here. Trenton hosted the first race of each season in April prior to the Indy 500 in May. The Indy cars returned every year, generally the week of the NJ State Fair in September. The attached photo was shot on April 15, 1973. Mario won the race driving the #11 Viceroy Parnelli VP-J Offy.
